I’m willing to bet you made that purchase from someone you trusted, right? But here’s the thing: where was the origin of that relationship?
For a small business, forming those relationships is crucial. There’s so much information out there today, data can’t be your selling point. You can present people all the facts in the world, but they best way to get them under your umbrella is to already be in their brain somewhere.
That’s why I work so hard to create content for you guys. I want to be in the market, the Facebook market, so you know who I am and what I’m about. If you want to buy something, that’s great (and send me a message) but if not, that’s okay too. This blog is all about creating value, and I don’t expect that to translate directly into dollars.
