Much like building a person, building a business is a never-ending process. There’s no ‘finish line.’ You’re never ‘done’ transforming your company.
I know this better than anyone because I live it in my business. One of the many ways I do that is by defining and assigning accountabilities. The more complex your business gets, the more accountabilities are created, and all of those accountabilities have to be uncovered and clearly assigned to keep your business operating smoothly.
