What do you have that the market wants?
Any entrepreneur (or prospective entrepreneur) needs to know the answer to that question. After all, the core of your business is selling your offer – if people don’t want what you’ve got, you don’t have much of a chance of making yourself sustainable.
Which is easy to say, but hard to execute – having a “successful” offer is dependant on many factors. And trying to dissect and isolate them can be impossible. They all snowball into each other and create an avalanche of cash – at best.
At worst, it buries you in debt and broken dreams.
