Are you working hard because you genuinely enjoy it?
Or are you just telling yourself that?
There are tons of entrepreneurs out there who are martyring themselves because they think the only way their business will survive is if they work themselves down to the bone. They’re too attached to their identity of being the “owner” and a “hard worker” to see that there’s a better way.
Stop trying to do it all yourself. Stop thinking that your business is dependent on you “working hard.”
So what’s the solution?
Relationships. Other people. Joint ventures.
Realize that there’s a limit to where you can take your business by yourself, and find some people who you can work with to take it to the next level
