Let me a little more specific: where today have you felt something, whether it be anger, joy, sadness, grief, and not expressed it?
We all do it. There’s this belief that permeates our business and personal lives that says we should take those emotions, mostly the “negative” ones, and not express them in front of others. To hide them and bottle them away.
Our emotions are necessary for us as human beings to achieve the meaning of life.
