I’ve got so many ideas that sometimes it’s hard to tell everyone about it in a way they understand what I’m trying to get across. Being able to properly delegate, which is an essential skill for a business owner, depends on proper communication. I’ve found it useful, as a strategy, to be able to stop everyone in my company to be able to get everyone on the same page. As I’ve said before, companies only work in context.
In today’s episode, I take a few moments to communicate clearly to my team…and some time to express my frustration when people don’t get it.
