Making money is not as hard as people make it out to be.
All you have to do is find out what people need and serve them. In my case, I noticed a lot of my clients were using strategy sessions to try and figure out what to do to generate leads.
I responded to that by doing everything I could to become a master of marketing. That helps my clients now, it helps me get clients in the future, and it helps me grow my own business.
Here’s a challenge: instead of griping about your customer’s complaints, figure out what you can do better to serve them. Not only will you serve them better, but you’ll grow as a person, too.
